We built Evernu so the first step happens at home: a medical assessment on your phone, or a test kit through the letterbox. Everything after it — prescribing, dispensing, monitoring — runs through one regulated service, so nobody is handed a prescription and left to work out the rest alone.

Assessment, prescribing, dispensing and monitoring all sit with us. You are not matched to an independent prescriber who disappears after the script, and your medicine comes from a GPhC-registered UK pharmacy — never shipped from overseas.
On TRT, every monitoring blood test is inside the £99 a month — the 6-week check, the 3, 6 and 12-month tests, then two a year after that. On weight management, your clinical check-ins, dose adjustments and delivery are in the monthly price. Neither charges you per appointment.
Our medical assessments decline people, and a clinician can decide treatment is not appropriate after reading your answers or your results. That is what an assessment is for. On weight management your card is authorised but never taken until a clinician has approved you, so a no costs you nothing.
It depends what you're here for. Weight management is assessed online and reviewed by a clinician. Hormone health starts with bloods and a consultation, because you cannot responsibly prescribe testosterone without them.
Mounjaro, Wegovy, Wegovy pill and Orlistat
A medical questionnaire that takes about five minutes. No appointment to book, and nothing to pay to find out whether you are suitable.
You verify your identity with a photo ID, and a UK-registered clinician reviews your case — usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your card is authorised but not charged until they approve you.
Once approved, your medication arrives in plain packaging, typically within 48 hours, dispensed by a registered UK pharmacy. Delivery is included.
Mid-cycle reviews covering your weight, any side effects and whether your dose should move up or down — your clinician can move it either way.
Testosterone replacement therapy
A £26.99 finger-prick kit through your letterbox, posted back to an accredited laboratory. Results in a few days, reviewed by a clinician.
If your levels warrant it, a £110 venous panel at a partner clinic near you — full hormone profile, thyroid, liver, kidney, cholesterol and PSA — so nobody is prescribed on one finger-prick reading.
Around thirty minutes with the UK-registered clinician who would be prescribing for you, going through your results, your symptoms and whether TRT is the right answer. Plenty of people are told it is not.
You sign a patient agreement, then £99 a month covers your medication, your injecting equipment, clinical oversight and every monitoring blood test. Shipments are automatic — there is nothing to reorder.
Every patient on treatment gets the Evernu app, whichever route brought you here — food diary, guided workouts, step and weight tracking, dose reminders, your blood results and your orders, all in one place.
Either way, you can stop at any step. Hair loss and erectile dysfunction will follow the online-assessment route when they open.
Evernu is registered with the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority — the independent regulator of health and social care in Northern Ireland — under registration 021687. RQIA inspects clinical governance, prescribing safety and patient record-keeping. Medicines are dispensed by a GPhC-registered UK pharmacy, never shipped from overseas.
