Terms and Conditions

Evernu Ltd — Effective Date: January 20, 2026 — Governing Law: England and Wales

1. The Service and Our Role

1.1 The Platform: Evernu Ltd ("the Company", "Evernu") (Company No. NI729459, registered at 1 Skeoge Industrial Estate, Londonderry, Northern Ireland, BT48 8SE) operates the website evernu.co.uk, providing a digital healthcare interface for medical consultations and private prescriptions.

1.2 Dispensing Pharmacy: Evernu is not a pharmacy. All prescriptions are dispensed by our partner, Certus Healthcare Ltd (T/A Primed Pharmacy), GPhC Registration No: 1039469.

1.3 Clinical Oversight: Our clinical services are led by Dr. Michael Gough (GMC: 7263528). All prescribers are UK-regulated and individually responsible for their clinical decisions.

1.4 Not for Emergencies: This service is for elective healthcare only. In an emergency, dial 999 or 111 immediately.

2. Patient Eligibility and Verification

2.1 Age & Residency: You must be 18+ and a UK resident.

2.2 Identity Verification (DidIt): You agree to undergo mandatory identity and age verification using DidIt. This involves biometric facial comparison against a government-issued ID. Failure to verify will result in order cancellation.

2.3 Independent Verification (High-Risk Meds): Per GPhC 2025/2026 standards, for weight-loss medication (GLP-1s), our clinicians cannot rely on a questionnaire alone. You must provide unaltered photographs for BMI and identity verification.

3. Clinical Governance and Safety

3.1 Truthfulness: You warrant that all medical data (weight, history, medications) is 100% accurate. Falsifying medical data to obtain Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) is a breach of contract and may be reported to regulatory bodies.

3.2 GP Notification: We operate a "Continuum of Care." It is a safety requirement that we notify your NHS GP of any treatment. If you refuse consent, our Lead Clinician will perform a risk assessment; we reserve the right to decline treatment if safe oversight cannot be maintained.

3.3 No Multi-Sourcing: You must not obtain similar treatments (e.g., Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Finasteride) from multiple providers simultaneously.

4. Treatment-Specific Terms

Weight Loss

You acknowledge the need for cold-chain storage (2°C–8°C) for GLP-1 pens. You agree to follow the titration schedule provided.

Hair Loss (Finasteride)

You have been warned of the risk of persistent sexual dysfunction and psychiatric side effects (depression/suicidal ideation). You agree to stop use and contact your GP if mood changes occur.

Erectile Dysfunction

You confirm you do not take nitrates (e.g., GTN spray) and will seek a cardiovascular check-up with your GP within 6 months of starting treatment.

5. Patient Responsibilities

5.1 Personal Use: Medication is for your use only. Do not share it.

5.2 Instructions for Use: You must read the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) before the first dose.

5.3 Side Effect Reporting: You are responsible for monitoring your health and must report any adverse reactions via your secure dashboard.

5.4 Storage: You are responsible for the safe and appropriate storage of medication once delivered.

6. Ordering, Cancellations, and Returns

6.1 Consultation Fee: Your payment includes a professional clinical assessment fee. If a prescriber determines a treatment is unsuitable, the medication cost is refunded, but we may retain a small administrative fee for the professional review.

6.2 No Returns (Pharmacy Law): Under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, prescription medicines are exempt from the right to return. Once dispensed, medication cannot be returned for a refund due to safety and cold-chain integrity.

6.3 Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours. Keep all packaging for the MHRA-mandated investigation.

6.4 Disposal: Unwanted medicines should be taken to a local community pharmacy for clinical disposal; do not return them to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Evernu Ltd is not liable for damages arising from your failure to provide a complete medical history or your failure to follow clinical instructions.
