The conversion
Testosterone has a molar mass of 288.42 g/mol, which gives:
- nmol/L → ng/dL — multiply by 28.842
- ng/dL → nmol/L — multiply by 0.034672
So a UK result of 15 nmol/L is about 433 ng/dL, and a US result of 300 ng/dL is about 10.4 nmol/L.
