How the costs work
Assessment & consultation
Before any subscription begins, you'll complete two blood tests and a video consultation with your prescribing clinician. These are one-off pass-through charges, billed at cost before you commit to treatment — they're not included in the year-1 total below.

One-time join fee — £99
Once your clinician approves you for TRT after reviewing your assessment tests, you pay a one-time join fee. You only ever pay this once.

What's included every month:
- Testosterone cypionate medication (dispatched roughly 3× per year)
- Syringes, needles, swabs and sharps bin

Monitoring blood tests included:
- 6-week follow-up blood test (new patients only)
- 3-month, 6-month and 12-month Complete TRT blood tests (new patients, year 1)
- Two annual monitoring tests every year (from year 2 for new patients, from day 1 for transfers)
