How this works
- You send your resultsUpload your blood test below — a PDF, a photo, or screenshots from your provider's app.
- Our clinical team reviews themA GMC-registered doctor checks whether your levels and symptoms point to low testosterone. Usually within 1–2 working days.
- We talk it throughIf you're a candidate for treatment, we'll arrange a video consultation to agree a plan. If you're not, we'll tell you that too — and why.
Results should ideally be from the last 3 months and taken before 11am. Not sure if yours are suitable? Send them anyway — we'll tell you. Need a test? Order an at-home test kit.

A full report is best, but screenshots from your provider's app are fine — just make sure every result and its date is readable.
